• account and contact data voluntarily provided by the user, such as Telegram user ID, username, email address, or support contact details;
• subscription and payment data, including selected plan, subscription validity period, payment status, and transaction identifiers;

• support requests and messages sent to us by the user.

2. No inaccurate “absolute no-logs” promises

We do not publish knowingly inaccurate promises of “absolute no logs.” If technical records are required for service operation, abuse prevention, fraud control, security, or diagnostics, such records may be processed in the minimum scope reasonably necessary.

3. Purposes of processing

• create and maintain user accounts;
• provide subscription access and digital services;
• process payments, renewals, and available refunds;
• provide technical support;

4. Payment services

We may use third-party payment providers. We do not store full bank card details on our own servers unless explicitly stated during payment. Payment operations are processed by the relevant payment service under its own rules and privacy policy.
